Terms and Conditions – Chic Mama Club Restaurant

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Welcome to Chic Mama Restaurant. The use of our services and access to our premises are subject to the following General Terms and Conditions. By confirming a reservation or entering our facilities, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety, including the provisions outlined in the specific sections below,

  • Package Integrity: Experience packages must be accepted in their entirety. Changes or substitutions to the items included are not permitted. For example, replacing the selected bottle or glass with alternative alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, is not allowed. Similarly, tasting menu items cannot be altered or substituted unless otherwise stated in the selected package. However, dietary requirements, allergies, or intolerances clearly communicated at the time of booking will be accommodated to the best of our ability.

  • Non-Consumption Policy: No refunds will be issued if the customer does not use or consume all items included in the selected experience package.

  • Prepayment and Credit Use: For experiences requiring an initial prepayment, if the total value of the ordered and consumed items is lower than the prepaid amount, the remaining credit is non-refundable and cannot be used at a later time. Any additional items or extras must be paid for directly on-site.

  • Confirmation Requirement: Reservations are only considered valid once the final confirmation email has been received.

  • Late Arrival and No-Show: Reservations will be held for up to 30 minutes past the scheduled time. After this window, if guests are not present at the designated meeting point and no communication has been received, the reservation will be considered a no-show. No refunds or rescheduling will be granted.

  • Independent Arrivals: For guests arriving independently, the reservation time provided at booking is binding. In the absence of communication or arrival within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the reservation will be considered a no-show.

  • Shuttle Arrivals: For guests using our shuttle service, a no-show will only be recorded if the guests are not present at the designated meeting point and no communication has been received. If the system shows a delay but the guests are on board the shuttle or have already reached the destination, the reservation will remain valid and will not be subject to cancellation.

  • If a delay is communicated in advance, we will do our best to accommodate the guest based on the updated arrival time, subject to availability.

– For guests arriving independently, we will offer the next available seating time at the restaurant.

– For guests using our shuttle service, their transfer will be rescheduled according to the next available shuttle slot.

Please note that this policy only applies if the delay has been communicated in a timely manner. Otherwise, the standard no-show policy will apply.

BOOKING RULES

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE:

A Non-Refundable reservation cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Allows a maximum of 1 date change, according to availability. Rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days from the date of arrival, to request a free date change it is mandatory to send an email to reservation@chicmama.it. In the event of a new date with a different package rate it will be necessary to pay the difference in price. In the event of a lower rate is permitted to spend the credit to purchase extra services at the property. Any remaining credit will not be refunded after check-out.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The rate is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE – FREE CLAUSE

The shuttle service provided by Chic Mama is free, ancillary, and does not constitute part of the services purchased with the reservation.

Shared Shuttle Service

A complimentary shared shuttle service is available to transport guests to and from the restaurant.
The service must be requested in advance during the reservation process, by selecting a preferred dining time.
Please note that the shuttle ride may take up to 40 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. We kindly ask guests to plan accordingly.

The shuttle service is offered as a courtesy and is entirely optional. Guests are free to arrange their own private transfer should they prefer to reach the restaurant independently.

Meeting Point and Departure Time
Guests are kindly requested to arrive at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time, as indicated in the confirmation message. The shuttle will depart punctually to ensure smooth logistics for all guests. Late arrivals may result in the loss of the service.

Return Trip
For the return journey, guests are kindly requested to notify the staff of their departure at least 15 minutes in advance. This advance notice enables us to coordinate the service in an efficient and timely manner, optimizing transfers by arranging departures according to guest availability.

Shared Ride Agreement
As the shuttle service is shared, guests may travel with other parties. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone.

Service Limitations
The shuttle service is offered within a predefined area and only at specific times. The restaurant reserves the right to amend or cancel the service due road closures, or operational needs.The suspension of the shuttle service is at the discretion of the Management for safety or operational reasons and cannot be contested.

MANAGEMENT OF RESERVATIONS IN CASE OF CLOSURE

The Management of Chic Mama Restaurant is committed to ensuring the best possible service and experience for all guests. However, in exceptional circumstances beyond the control of the establishment, it may become necessary to suspend or modify operations temporarily. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, public health emergencies, extreme weather events, acts of war, governmental restrictions, or other force majeure situations.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of extraordinary or unforeseeable events that prevent the operation of the Restaurant (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, wars, health emergencies):

  • Chic Mama Restaurant may offer rescheduling of the reservation or convert the amount paid into a non-refundable credit valid for 12 months.
  • There is no obligation for a monetary refund for force majeure events.
  • The decision of the Management will be final and non-contestable.

COMMUNICATIONS AND NOTIFICATIONS

  • Guests are invited to consent to receive notifications via SMS and WhatsApp to ensure timely updates.
  • Failure to receive notifications for reasons not attributable to the Management does not entitle to a refund or compensation.
  • In the event of non-receipt of emails, SMS, or calls, the guest will be responsible for contacting Chic Mama Restaurant for updates, and no responsibility for this matter will be assumed by the Restaurant.

NON-CONTESTABILITY CLAUSE

The decision of the Management regarding the closure, rescheduling, or conversion into credit is final, non-contestable, and not subject to dispute.

By confirming the reservation, the guest fully accepts the conditions listed above and the clauses herein, expressly waiving any future claims or disputes.

NON-PREPAID EXPERIENCES

No prepayment is required at the time of booking. To request a date change free of charge, you must send an email to reservation@chicmama.it. If the new date corresponds to a package with a different rate, the price difference must be paid.

Our Chic Mama booking team will contact you 3 days prior to your reservation to reconfirm your booking and its details. If we do not receive a response, or if we are unable to reach you, the reservation will be considered cancelled.

Additionally, a follow-up message will be sent on the day of the reservation to reconfirm attendance. If no reply is received, the reservation will again be considered cancelled.

CHILDREN POLICY

Chic Mama Restaurant warmly welcomes children and adolescents, providing a family-friendly environment. Children and Adolescents (2-17 years) Minors aged between 2 and 17 years are considered part of the Children category and can be included in the reservation using the dedicated online booking form.

For each child/adolescent included the reservation there is a dedicated menù and you can pay as extras.

RESTAURANT POLICY

  • Outside food and drinks are prohibited on our premises.
  • A seat and dining experience will be assigned to each individual included in your reservation, including both adults and children. The assigned experience is strictly personal and cannot be shared or transferred to other guests without prior notice. In case of transferring the reservation to another person, the new name and any relevant dietary restrictions must be communicated to the restaurant in advance.If you are delayed for any reason, please contact us to reschedule your arrival time. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation as a no-show.
  • Management reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who fails to comply with the rules or behaves in an unacceptable or disruptive manner towards staff or other customers.
  • The Restaurant opening hours are from 18:00 AM to 22:00 PM (Last seats). Customers are permitted to remain on the premises outside of the designated hours, provided they move to other areas of the property, such as the bar or the garden, and may do so for as long as they wish.
  • Pets are not allowed.

DOCUMENT VALIDITY AND VERSIONS

The version of the General Terms and Conditions published on the official website of Arienzo Beach Club at the time of booking shall prevail and supersede any prior or outdated versions. Any changes made after the booking date will not be applied retroactively unless they are more favorable to the client or required by legal provisions. In the event of discrepancies or interpretative doubts, the most recent and available version on the official website shall prevail. It is the responsibility of the client to consult the website up to the date of their booking to verify any updates.

COMMUNICATIONS AND NOTIFICATIONS

For any inquiries or assistance, you may contact our Customer Care via email at reservation@chicmama.it, providing your reservation number if your booking has already been confirmed. Emails will be processed by our staff in the order they are received.

For general information or urgent matters related to an imminent reservation, please contact us via WhatsApp at +39 089 84 24 255, including your reservation details. Our back office is open daily 24/7. We will be happy to assist you.

REFUNDABLE RATE:

Cancellation 7 days before the date of the reservation provides a full refund without penalty. If cancelled or changed within less than 7 days from the date of arrival, the rate is no longer refundable, even in case of no-show. Rescheduling is allowed up to 5 days from the date of the reservation, to request a free date change it is mandatory to send an email to reservation@chicmama.it

In the event of a new date with a different package rate it will be necessary to pay the difference in price. In the event of a lower rate is permitted to spend the credit to purchase extra services at the property. Any remaining credit will not be refunded after check-out.

Last minute reservations are paid at the moment of booking and cannot be cancelled and/or amended. In case of cancellation, 100% of the total value of the reservation will be charged as a cancellation fee.
